Solid , good shape. Still has some of the old glue/sealant from the weatherstripping on it(that’s what the shiny black parts in the pics is).
There was some minor surface rust around a couple of the bolt holes but I sanded that off and primed the spots. As you can see from the pics the bottom is clean.
