Are you looking for the latch or the cable that runs from inside to the latch, if the cable pull you can buy that new.

actually looks like they changed it in 90 so that may not fit your car, dorman makes a universal one.
At least based on GM direct site , I would call the dealership and see if you can get the part number for the 92.

Hawks has the right one 10189314, though you may want to call them GM lists it as discontinued.

I bet you can make the other style work though the handle may be different (it comes with a new interior handle) -- in fact it may only be the coloring I think the newer one has yellow font vs white but do your own verification.
