This car also has a full Corvette suspension, the exhaust will run the length of the transmission tunnel along the driveshaft, under the differential, and exit the center below the license plate. I want to redesign the rear bumper with a diffuser, but thats for another thread.

Tail pipes finished
I need to adjust the length and add tips, then its all off to be ceramic coated.

Aren't you worried it's going to be too quiet?

Yeah, I have to be considerate of my neighbors. Imagine starting it up at 3 am when I head off to work.

Exhaust system heading off to be ceramic coated. I will post more pictures when it comes back and some with the system installed.

The exhaust is installed and this should be the last pictures for this post. The coating is titanium ceramic and the system fits amazingly.

Finally got it running, sounds great. This concludes the exhaust portion of the project.

Re: The beginnings of my 3 dual exhaust
I added a muffler to the system for a total of three. It is noticeably less raspy and a bit quieter, but still has a nice rumble. I havent driven it yet, just idling in the garage, so I cant comment on the drone level at this time. Overall it is an improvement over what it was prior to the new muffler. It fits perfectly in the center bay of the rear diffuser, so its barely noticeable visually.

Re: The beginnings of my 3 dual exhaust
I crawled under the car to take some measurements for you. The lowest point of the entire system is 5 cm at the forward V-band clamps and 7 cm under the differential and the new muffler body. The V-bands show some signs of slight scraping, nothing major due to the suspension having only 25 mm of compression while driving. So far the muffler shows no signs of damage. The added muffler makes driving the car much more enjoyable. If you are not running 600+ HP I would suggest not using 3 dual exhaust. The Holley 6.5 cm true dual system is far more civil and will support 500 HP.
