Brackets attached to exhaust manifolds

Car: 89 Firebird
Engine: 355 TBI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt.Posi-3.73s
Brackets attached to exhaust manifolds
I was seriously thinking of buying new headers with the bung for the 02 sensor and a new y-pipe for my 89 L03 engine with serpentine belt system when I noticed the A/c and the Alternator had a lil bracket on the back of them attached to the exhaust manifolds. How should this be addressed if I put headers on this engine. I cant remember running into this problem on the older 82-87 cars I put headers on but then again that's been a while back and I had lots of help.
