EGR valve stick open

Anybody know how to get the EGR valve to stay open at idle? Someone said that it would sound like you have a big cam and give you a choppy idle. I think it would be cool to hook the egr valve up to a switch or something so you could have a choppy idle to showoff but close it back up when you want to drive normally.

It would sound like your car was a wreck, if it even ran.

Re: EGR valve stick open

The only way to know would be to test it, if it sounds like a wreck then it doesn't work, if it sounds like a huge cam, it works. I just don't know how to get the egr valve to stay open when I want it to.
