I need some help deciding (diagrams inside)

So I am finally nearing the end of my my exhaust system and I need help deciding the most important part. I have decided I want to get a powerstick to top off the exhaust I am building. I have the Hooker 2055's and y-pipe going in and a Catco High Flow Cat. I just need the rest of the exhaust. NOTE The whole exhaust is going to be 3 inches from collectors to tips. I have a diagram here to show you the three options I am going to decide between. The black pipe is the piping I dont have yet and the orange is the powerstick(s).

Option 1: This option has the powerstick right after the cat and then has the piping exiting the powerstick y-ing and spliting into dual exits.

Option 2: This option has just a regular 3 inch I-pipe and a single powerstick. It just would dump after the powerstick. No exits.

Option 3: This option is the most trickey of them all. It calls for a y-pipe in the I-pipe to split over the rear axle. One pipe would enter one powerstick and then would exit the rear like a normal exhaust tip. The other would do the same.

What I want to know is out of these 3 options, which would sound the best? Would 2 powersticks in the rear sound any different than just a single? And please note that I really want a dual exiting exhaust. I want tips so bad!

Thanks in advance for your help.

DH

P.S. Please dont make fun of my PS skills. Its all I had to work with hehe.

Ok, I'll give this one a shot. Any setup you choose is going to deffinately give you the flow that your needing. Now here is how I see it:

Price:
Option 2
Option 1
Option 3
From top to bottom your looking at Option 2 being the cheapest in cost and option 3 being the most.

Weight:
Option 2
Option 1
Option 3
For weight, option 2 being the lightest, option e being the heaviest.

Sound:
This is the tough part. Option 1 and option 2, IMO are going to be about the same noise level wise. The only difference that I think your going to have is sound/pitch of it. Hard to say which is better, I mean its going to be your preference. As for option 3, it could be the best or the worst. Depending on your engine setup, this particular option has the ability to be the loudest. If your not moving enough air or are basically running a stock setup, it might not be the loudest or it could possibly have a weak sound to it. Sorry, thats the best I could describe it.

As for me, option 1 isn't that great. Personally I would decide between 2 & 3. Thats just me though.

Thanks for the response. Now all I need answered is which one would sound the best between Option 2 and 3. Will the 2 mufflers change the sound? The only reason I would run option 3 is to get the dual tips. Thanks guys.

I believe that your best sound quality is going to be option 1. From a performance standpoint, all would be very close. I like option 1 because of the location of the muffler.
