91 ls1 swap not starting ...

Hey guys i am completely baffled so I am coming to you guys for advice. Some info; I have a 91 camaro z28 fully restored with a LS1 block, stock crank, scat forged rods, weisco forged pistons and a lunati voodoo 217/223 cam with all needed valve train as well as a ls6 intake and ported stock TB. I used a TBI harness and converted it using Pockets sticky. For most part everything seams to be working fine but engine just wont fire! When i turn the key the Walbro kicks on and primes, hit the key and she turns over for a second before popping kind of like a back fire but quite. It will do this constanly like its trying to start but timing is off? I have checked grounds, coil packs, injectors, cam sensor, crank sensor, changed maf, pcm, and basically every other component off of my running trans am. And still same thing over and over . What could cause this? Im so lost! All the components were swapped with known working units.

Im about fed up! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated guys! I tried Tech but if you dont have a crazy built car they seam to not care LOL.

Has the pcm been reprogrammed to remove vats ?

If so then i'd be looking at the wiring.

are the coils/injectors plugged in the correct firing order

Yes vats is disabled and yes they are all plugged in right. Im tearing into it for the winter. Just kind of wanted to hear it run. I will be going through harness again. Tonight pulling intake off i found the knock sensor wiring had been squashed and the wires were showing through. Im assuming were contacting or grounding to block.. wonder if that was causing the no start...

First check that you have injector pulse and spark on every cylinder, after that, skip where the coil packs are plugged in and the subharness connects, use a multimeter and verify that the continuity is correct between the pcm connector and each coil pack connector, in case something is off in the subharness or anywhere else.
