i have aquired a tbi 4.3 v6 outa a 92 gmc pickup and im probly gonna turbocharge it and swap it in my 88 bird for the stock 2.8, has anyone ever done that swap

The 4.3L has the same bolt pattern on the front and black as a 1-piece RMS 350. so you would need the accessories and a transmission that will fit to a 350.

What you want to do with the fuel injection is up to you

i have a 200-4r trany so it should bolt up, im not sure what im gonna do for my efi system yet cuz none of the aftermarket system will work with turbos so im thinkin about a piggyback ecu and some extra injectors

use a syclone/typhoon intake, that's what I would use. I don't know how well the 200-4r will hold up. you can probably get a 700 out of a salvage yard for 200. That's not saying that the 700 will hold too much either

ive actuly heard of the 200 holding up better but i also have a couple 700s to blow up to, eventualy i want to do a t56 and a gear vendors gear splitter. any idea where i can get a a manifold from a typhoon or cyclone?
