Dart Heads

I'm having a 355 built for me and I need an opinion on what size Iron Eagle heads to use.
I'll be using my TPI setup with the new engine. The mechanic wants to use 215's. Is this to large? I thought 200 would be better with TPI.

Car: 82 & 91 Firebird
Engine: 400 & 355
Transmission: TH350 & 700
Axle/Gears: 4:11 & 2.72
I just bought a set of 215's for my 408 I'm building, The machine shop that built them for me said the 200's were better for 350's and the 400 blocks needed 215's and the 434's and high rpm 400's needed th 230's. I would have to say if its a street motor then the 200's if you race it alot or spin it to the stratousphere then use the 215's.
