454 squeeze in
do any of yall think that a 454 big block would fit in a 1987 camaro, if anyone done it before please let me know if its a good idea or not. if any one has any pics of a camaro with a 454 please post the one here.

Lots of guys have done the swap on this board. Search for BBC stuff and you should find lots of info.

Nothing hard about a 454. I started with a 454 and I'm now up to a 540. Anything bigger than that (other than an overbore) means a tall deck block and that creates a bunch of other problems. 572, 632 etc engines.
My car's not street legal so I have a lot more room to play with after gutting so much out of the car.

Street legal cam and intake bbc runnin 12.20's on street tires... Easy fit, hard to keep cool.
