LT1 swap and 2500 rpm idle??
I just did an engine swap with a LT1 into a third gen and have had a 2500 rpm idle since. Ive cleaned the TB triple checked all vacum lines. I have the egr valve on the back of the intake still in with the vacum line caped off and the egr is deleted from the ecm
Ive tried everything but replace the iac valve,
Has anyone ever run into this problem before after headers or what or is there anything else i can try

One thing I found out the hard way is to make sure your moron cousin puts the fuel rails on tight. Check the fuel rails, I had mine dangling over the ports and had it idle at 4500-5000. Check your vacuum lines on the intake, schrader valve, AIR pump if you got it, opti vacuum if you have a vented opti, IAC, TPS.
