If you don't mind reproductions from a 3D printer try member @MDeRoxtro . He was making them and was great to deal with and his fit well on my KYB strut mounts.

Still have them for sale if you're interested in 3D Printed Reproductions, @PTS . $18 shipped for a pair, ABS Plastic, will print to fit your mounts (just give me the inside diameter at the top).
