Re: looking for t56 swap for 91 camaro 350
I have a T56 out of a 95 Camaro. Have the trans, bell, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, aftermarket shifter, hydraulics, and pedal assembly. I drove the car before pulling the trans. It shifted well.
Looking for $1500 plus shipping.
If you want pics just let me know.

Re: looking for t56 swap for 91 camaro 350
I have a 93 M29 close ratio T56 removed from a trans am at 83K miles and was stuck in 3rd gear. Took it to Texas Drivetrain Performance and had it rebuilt to stage 2 specs, and and its now ready to handle 600 at the wheels with no problem. Comes with a B&M Ripper Shifter that is in like new condition and has the B&M Hammer t-handle on it, also comes with a stock LT1 clutch but no flywheel, Bellhousing, clutch fork and pivot, i do not have the slave cylinder spacer, but you can get a new one from the gear box for 12 bucks.
This trans does not have the skip shift solenoid, and has the same gear ratios as the 01-04 corvette ZO6, works great with some 3.73 rear gears. It has not been installed or ran since the rebuild. I was putting this in my 93 S10 with the LT1, but came across a super clean 97 S10 SS with a blown 4.3 that im swapping in my LT1 into and keeping the truck an automatic, its just to clean to cut it up for the T56.
Im asking 2800 shipped for everything.
