Good luck with this one. About 10 years ago, I found one in Canada after looking for 4 months. Paid $400. for it. Had the base & lid powder coated in gloss black, purchased the round " 5.0 liter H.O. " decal and a new set of dual snorkels from Classic Industries, along with the (2) rocker panel & (1) rear bumper "5.0 liter H.O. decals.

Hello,
Yes, that was my ad and yes I still have it. I tried to sell it before I moved, but ended up boxing it up and it is in the attic now (I think...).

But yes, the air cleaner base, the lid and the two proper headlight ducts. DO NOT HAVE THE HOSES.

I decided to see if there were any locally. I placed an ad on CL and within two days I found 4 of them. The price ranged from $40 to $150 but no one had a complete original correct setup. I ended up finding one complete but someone welded up the vacuums. He had all the duct work and hoses but for $100 I would have still had to buy another air cleaner. I did end up buying a really nice original paint air cleaner for $40. Going to hang it in the garage. I was willing to make on offer to the guy for the hoses and ducts but didn't fell $100 was fair for a bad air cleaner.

By the weekend I will have EVERY PART - was the $120 to high or why didn't the other deal happen? I do not need one, I just thought it would be cool to have the setup. Mine is an 89 TPI and looking to buy another TPI car. What I was thinking of doing was taking off the TPI and just use the dual snorkel with a carb setup.

i've got a chrome dual snorkle air cleaner but do not have the ducts or hoses. the air cleaner had no rust prior to chroming, but does have a few little dings (not perfect for a show car but excellent for a street car). i'm in california and am asking 200.00 for it. email ron09517@yahoo.com for pics.

I can come up with the hoes & ducts but price will go up or I can get you in touch with him & you can buy those seperate. His air cleaner has been welded & is junk but other parts good.

I have an original set off my 84 Z-28 305HO- complete, both inlet ducts and flex hoses and mounting screws, dual snorkel full assembly with cover, vac line, flex heat riser tube, pcv bracket and foam, top wingnut, used good K&N filter - no cracks or problems, original (faded) paint and decal - it is complete and it all works - hard to find and getting rarer every year. 300, send me a pm if interested...
