V6 parts needed
Looking for 3100 parts... Heads valve covers runners intake etc. also headers. Pace setters I believe are the only ones that fit. I'm in florida so i would love to pick it up but if not its ok.

I'll look and see what I still have. Sorry I don't have an idea off hand, I've sold off a lot of it and a lot of it was recently stolen.
Also, I don't think a set of gen I 2.8 headers would fit. Manifolds from a 3500 Malibu *might* work.

Um, the headers fit fine provided you turn the lower bolt holes into slots. PaceSetters are about the only thing available, unfortunately.

Alright. I'm going to have to clarify this. 3100 is not 90-92 3.1.
It's a later model 3.1 fwd motor. Grand ams, malibu etc 1995+ i'm talking about aluminum heads, sfi, longer runners, 40 times better valve and intake design.

Re: V6 parts needed
Might be better off trying 60degreeV6.com or car-part.com... Worse comes to worse, WOT-Tech has the parts, but they're already ported and are going to cost some serious $$$. You're going to need to order pushrods through WOT-Tech anyways. They do not have the headers, however.
May also ask around to local shops that do or have done engine replacements if they can get you a set from a dead 3x00. I got my entire top end plus additional parts from a local shop for $50. Tell them you'll give them $50 for the parts (which is probably more than they would get for the whole engine... LOL).
:edit: And you're going to need an upper plenum from a 93-95 3100. That plenum is the only one that the 3.1's EGR valve fits on. Not sure about FL emissions laws, but I had to retain all of my "stock" emissions parts (not that anything other than the charcoal canister and cat are going to work ).

No emission in florida but goood idea. I think ill do that and start searching around here. I mean if I just wait my girlfriend is driving my 97 grand am 3100 and when she upgrades I get to rip it apart.

Re: V6 parts needed
I've been real busy lately and haven't had much time to look through my parts, but yesterday I came across a set of the small port heads. They are the early ones with the pushrod guide plates, probably why I saved them to begin with (normally saved the large port stuff since that's what I was dealing with at the time). I have various injectors/rails, throttle bodies, brackets and such. I'll dig through my intakes and see if I have any small port, I know I have large port.

Na, if the OP doesn't want the whole mess than I'll probably hang onto them.

Re: V6 parts needed
I can probably get you the large port 3100 heads and a LIM.. he might have a UIM as well.
Let me know and i'll PM the guy on another forum. I was going to buy them a while back and port/re-sell but never got around to it. Shipping would probably be around $60 and i don't think he wanted much for the parts.

Will anything off my 2.8 work? I'd hate to miss an opportunity to sell something.

Re: V6 parts needed
I've still got the longtube 1 5/8" headers from my Camaro, but I bet they'd only fit with a tubular K member. D port flanges for the 3x00 engines.
Also have a good 700R4 and a 4K stall that I need to get rid of soon. Shipping a trans to Florida doesn't sound like fun though.
