Victory Radiator for Manual Transmission
FOR SALE
Hello All,
I recently bought a new Victory Radiator, 3 row and aluminum. It has a coolant level sensor neck, but no sensor (that's how I got it). All the necks fit stock hoses. There is just one catch. I bought this for an automatic, however upon install one of the transmission cooler lines stripped the threads on the radiator. Other than that its just a little dirty from being test fitted multiple times. It is a bit of a tight fit with dual fans, but would be perfect for single fan f-bodies. I payed $169 for it. I will let it go for $140. It has never been filled with coolant.
I would rather not ship as that can get pricey, but that is up to you. I am located in Clark, NJ

Re: Victory Radiator for Manual Transmission
I bought it off of an ebay listing from user radiator*1*
They are a retailer of these I believe.
On the box it says VR 951-3
Well VR stands for Victory radiator, so when you put that into google you get the ebay listing (just for Australia and the UK - for some reason)
Here is the link to the one I purchased (now they have a shipping fee, whereas before they didn't):
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-1982-1...9236e#shpCntId
I do have to add, that it was not exactly an "OE" fit. It sat a bit high for my liking, and so in order for it to fit and sit like the stock one, I had to remove the rubber cushions. This thing is also not as rounded as the stock one, and so the top rubbers won't fit properly either. One more thing if you have dual fans, you might have to notch out part of the radiator shroud so that it is not a tight fit. Cosmetically you can't see any of this; as with the notching bit, the shroud already has enough curves on the inside so you can't see that either. I am convinced it would be an OE fit, if I did not have the condenser in front of it and a single fan.
I also put washers in between the fans and their mounts to be safe. Again your experience may vary, especially if you have a single fan. This is merely what I did. I was told that it is not advisable to not use the rubber cushions, but I did not get quite far enough in the install to figure out something to cushion it.

Thanks for the info, but after reading that it is not exactly an OE fit I am going to pass.
