Ported Accel Base + Runners + Plenum + AFPR rails

I put about 20 hours of porting into these to get maximum flow without compromising the wall thickness. The car was putting down some serious HP with this setup.

The plenum has been gutted and all edges rounded. The openings are siamesed to perfectly match the runner.

The runners are ported all the way through, not just the openings. The entrance is siamesed about 1.5" deep to move the RPM power band up = more HP. You can shove a ping pong ball through every one of the runner tubes.

The base is ported to perfectly match the runner opening, about 43mm. The injector openings were cleaned up as well. Also included is the EGR block-off plate.

Stock fuel rails with a billet adjustable fuel pressure regulator are also included.

Includes all 316 stainless steel bolts, individually labelled where they go. This will save you a lot of time sourcing all the correct length of bolts.

$600 + shipping + paypal/credit card fee (about 3%).

Unported bases and runners are each selling for about $300 on Ebay, you are getting all this extra porting work for nothing.

I'm interested, where in CA are you located? I'm in SoCal inland empire. Also, any wiggle room on price? Thanks

Very nice looking setup and porting work. If stock TPI runs out of breath at about 4500 rpm, would your parts extend that ceiling? Maybe to 5000 or even 5500 rpm? I have a fairly stock TPI on my 87 Monte Carlo SS and that 4500 rpm ceiling bugs the heck out me, especially on the highway.

Hi Fred - with that build you have listed with the heads and cam you would benefit greatly by upgrading your intake and runners. The stock runners are just too restrictive for higher RPM power. Before porting the accel parts it would pull strong to about 5,000 RPM then start falling off. After the porting and siamesing the upper runners I probably gained an additional 200RPM and improved HP from 3,000+, it would pull really hard from 4,000 - 5,200 and I would shift at around 5,800.

Thanks for the valuable information. Good info to know. Are the parts still available? If so, would you be willing to sell the runners separate?
