are they the 4th or 3rd gen ones? how do they adjust?

They are the 3rd gen ones, with the off car adjust. You just push the button down and rotate the shock shaft. Most guys use them on the 4th gens as well since they are cheaper then the on car adjustable.

Cheesehomer to be honest I have no idea how to get a shipping quote to a Canadian address. I do all my shipping at work. I'm IT not shipping friend. I've also been working on selling 2 3rds gens as well (sold one last night).

If you would like to let me know how the addresses work I can try but your structure is not what I'm used too.

I wished you had just stated that earlier, If you are not interested in shipping outside the USA is fine, but just don't ignore a buyer.
