KY - T56 COMPLETE swap
SOLD
I have a complete T56 swap for a 3rd gen camaro (82-92) converting from auto to manual....
LT1 T56 out of a '96 camaro z28. So it has the 0.5 6th gear if that is something you're looking for. I have all the swap parts...trans, bell housing, 4th gen pedals that have already been modified - accelerator pedal cut off and top mounting hole enlarged already. Hydraulics (master and slave) which I'll leave together so you won't have to bled it. Same way I got it from previous guy, I just had to top off with fluid and it worked. Slave cylinder spacer. Stock shifter. tail shaft mounted torque arm mount. new poly trans mount. New clutch set...has maybe 100 miles on it...dual friction disc and pressure plate and throw out bearring made by a local shop. Rated to handle at least my car...450hp at crank and street tires. Hawks double hump cross member. And reverse lock-out spring has been shortened to make it easier to shift into reverse without the solenoid hooked up.
Also I currently have the expensive centerforce conversion flywheel for the older two piece rear main seal engines and externally balanced engines, for T56 set up. If you need that. I may have the original LT1 flywheel if you need that, not sure though.
It's still in the car - I started the process of removing it the other day, if someone is interested I'll get it out soon and take pics if need be.
$2000

Re: KY - T56 COMPLETE swap
I have the 2pc rms INTERNALLY balanced flywheel just needs a resurfacing because of surface rust. I need the EXTERNALLY balanced one. I want to get my car drivable before I go to my next base and get sent to the sand box. PM ME maybe we could do a swap ill pay for both shipping. Most guys need the 1pc rms anyway you know

Re: KY - T56 COMPLETE swap
I have a sale pending on the swap, gonna be a while to see if it goes through or not. Potential buyer isn't available till early february, so when that comes around if the deal falls through then I'll update this thread.
Side note...the buyer doesnt need the centerforce 700173 flywheel I have, which is basically new, maybe 100 miles on it. If anyone is interested in that, let me know.
