305 and 350 for sale
The 305: It ran fine and didn't smoke or use any oil when pulled. But that was several years ago. Its been in my garage ever since. It came out of an 86 Firebird. I have no clue how many miles were on it. Its an LG4 with 601 truck heads. It has a Crane cam chs278h10. I think the specs are 222 lift @.050 advertised duration is 278 and the lift is .478. And it has a double roller timing chain too. The intake manifold will need to pulled off though, I dropped a nut inside it.
The 350: This came out of a 83 chevrolet 1 ton. It ran good when pulled about a year and half ago.. It smoked and burnt oil, so I changed the valve seals but decided to scrap that project and pulled the engine. I don't remember how many miles on it either.
Just make me a reasonable offer on either engine. Local pick up only in Henry,IL.

I have an 1983 camaro Z28, i need both mounting brakets. the bracket that bolts up to the motor, and the part that goes on the fram, i need both sides. do you have those? Or can you find those for me. Noby sells them, jegs, summit, CI, dealer.. no body sells them. please help. my baby needs it s new engine... thanks

I don't think I have the ones for the frame right now. I think the ones I have are for a 454, I'm not sure. Ill look around though. I do have the ones that bolt up to the block.

These are the brackets that bolt to the block, and motor mounts bolt to frame.

It looks like the mounts that I thought were for a 454 are actually for a 350. They lined up ok with the ones that were attached to the 350. If you still want them let me know.

I don't know if it fixed the problem or not. I still have it, but I'm planning on taking it to the scrap yard pretty soon.
