Car: 1971 Camaro
350 4 bolt main engine FS
Removing this from my 1976 Camaro to install a late model Vortec Engine, nothing wrong with it and ran great with no knocking. Unsure of the exact millage.
You'll get the complete engine from oil pan to carburetor with all the accessories. The casting on the block is 3970014 and it's a 4 bolt main block.
Comes with:
Street Avenger carburator
Mallory Ignition wires
High volume mech fuel pump
Roller rockers
Custom valve covers and air cleaner
Full length headers.
Duel plane high-rise intake
New distributor
The bad: I removed a MSD ignition box set up to sell and installed a brand new distributor, I never could get the timing set right to fire. I won't be removing this engine until 12/27/09 and if you think you can set the timing you welcome to try and get it running to hear it. Otherwise it is being sold as is and will be a great deal for someone familiar with old school 350 engines.....perfect for that old car you want to get on the road.
Price is $750 obo, while not set in stone I won't be giving this away either....lot of stuff for the money.
If interested shoot me a PM, cash only and no trades....I have a cherry picker to load it into your truck. Local pick up only.
