Axle/Gears: moser 9" truetrac 3:89
Built 700R4 TCI Valvebody and Torque Convertor

For Sale: Recently overhauled 700R4 transmission with high performance bands, clutches and servos (have receipts) lockup disabled. Will sell with or without TCI manual valve body W/lockup feature. spent $900 ON OVERHAUL. Looking for $500 for tranny with corvette torque convertor out of 88 Vette. TCI manual valve body $220.TCI streetfighter torque convertor With lockup $275 NEW WAS OVER $450! Will talk. Hardly no miles on components went to a T56.

what power level was the tranny built to. any specs on the torque converter?

The trans was built to handle what my motor was producing around 425HP and 400 ftLb.tq. The torque convertor is a lockup TCI streetfighter PN# TCI 243105 it is advertised with a stall speed between 3000-3400 RPM. The convertor also has the anti balooning plate for use of nitrous or supercharging check out www.tciauto.com/converters/index.htm if you want.It should give you all you need to know.

I still have the TCI manual Valve body looking for $225 shipped! thats half the price! perfect working order
