Hooking up VSS buffer

Well here goes. I'll try to explain this right. I have a 92 firebird that had a V6 in it. I swapped it out for a 350 along with the wiring harness under hood. My problem is that the V6 did not require a VSS buffer but the V8 does. So my wiring under dash stayed the same. Since the v6 didn't have the buffer wiring I have no connector going to the ECM. My v8 has the purple and yellow wires coming from the vss to the ecm. How do I know where to connect the wires under the dash if I put a yellow buffer there, where to connect them to the ECM on the inside?

Re: Hooking up VSS buffer

That's the ecm the guy who burns my chips said to use. The purple and yellow wires coming of the buffer to the ecm are what I don't have since the v6 didn't need them. So I need to know where to hook them up on the ecm. Thank you.

Re: Hooking up VSS buffer

Thank you. I also need that pigtail or wire harness that comes off the buffer, haven't been able to find one since I don't have a part number.

Re: Hooking up VSS buffer

You can use a Dakota Digital sgi-100bt for calibration for tires or rear end ratio change. Or @firebirddude142 probably has a used pigtail.

Re: Hooking up VSS buffer

I appreciate your help but that really doesn't tell me anything without a wiring diagram to tell me where those positions are at.
