Need help identifying wire (relay in the engine compartment)
I am trying to identify the wire in picture and where it is supposed to be connected. It is coming from the left relay under the hood (driver side on the firewall). Left one looking from the front of the car as pictured. The wire is red. I tried to locate where it connects by looking at another red wire that's also cut but couldn't find it. This is on a 92 RS with V6 (stick and A/C). Any ideas?

Id start by unplugging those relays and see if one of the ports has a missing wire. Another place is that c100 bulkhead under those relays, but just by color alone in a pic is a needle in a haystack as there are many red wires in the harness.

The red wire comes out of the relay so I am assuming it will go somewhere other than the relay itself. I took the plastic wire cover off but didn't notice any other wire that would be cut. I may need to try to get a schematic to see where it should go.

Fuel pump test connector, in which the 'connector' has been cut off. Was a fast-on type.
At key-off run +12 volts to that wire/connector to power up the fuel pump while bypassing the main relay contacts.
