Wiper Switch Delay Vs Intermittent

Hello, I am replacing the wiper/turn signal lever as my cruise control no longer works, and i've replaced just about everything else.

I was wondering what the difference was between this DELAY and this INTERMITTENT oddly, they both share this part number #25111262.

Are these the same switches? They look pretty similar.

Thanks for any help!

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that, since the part number is the same, that they are the same

Some manufacturers call that function "Delay" and some call it "Intermittent" , either or pretty well describes it, and yes I've also seen it referred to (somewhat oddly IMO) as "Pulse" as well. Of note is the fact that on both switches it is called "Delay", despite the use of the word "Intermittent" in the description of one of them.......

Thats kinda what I thought, strange to have all these different names for the same function.

Thanks for the help!
