1988-1992 Wiper Motor and Connector

Has anyone else not been able to purchase a 1988-1992 Wiper-Motor PCB or the 3-Terminal Electrical-Connector for the Motor itself?

The Delphi part-number for the Electrical-Connector Body is: 12059612.
The TPA is: 15300015, and is still highly available.

I have not been able to find these Connector-Parts for a long while now...
Has anyone found any places that these Parts are in stock?

I do find the Electrical-Connector Pig-Tail sometimes; but this is massively more expensive.
ACDelco part-number is: PT472.

Now for the PCB/ Cover, all of the part-numbers that I know of are now obsolete.
Any of you, have any luck finding any?

Wrecking yard was the only place I could find those and it's been a while since I even tried to go out there and look. Still have a complete assembly around somewhere...

LOL, thanks.

I figured as much.

I should have specified...
Has anyone found any Connector-Parts, Connectors, or PCB/ Covers that are "New Old Stock", reproduction, or New-New (as the Connector-Parts are still manufactured). I am assuming that the Connector-Parts are just out of stock like many other automotive parts are right now.

Re: 1988-1992 Wiper Motor and Connector

About 4 years ago the wipers on my '92 went away (pulse system). Here is a thread on how I repaired the board:

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/elec...pers-92-a.html

The board was no longer available, I guess they still are unavailable.

RBob.

Thank you very much for the Thread that you created.
It took me back in time... Years ago, I would prototype PCMs for Delphi/ GM.

I started doing this as SMDs were becoming the norm... and learning to do all circuit assembly under the microscope.
I have not worked on a PCB like the Wiper-Motor PCB in a very long time.
No microscope needed!

I did not have any leaking Electrolytic Caps like you did...
But I know better than to trust the Electrolytic Caps at this age!

I had some corrosion issues, and two separate circuits lost the majority of their Traces.
I took some enameled-copper wire for speaker motors and coils...
Made jumper-wires where I needed to, and applied conformal coating after soldering.

I am going to replace the original Electrolytic Capacitors with some Tantalum Caps once I find them in similar specs.
I do not know how lucky I will be.

Thanks again!
