C207/ C208 Repin/ Repair

C207 and C208 Electrical Connector Assemblies Information:
.

C207 is the 15-Way Connector Assembly made up of 3 Connectors (with a 7-Way Half and an 8-Way Half) on the Passenger Side of the Cabin (below Dash-Board/ Kick-Panel Area).
It is a Body Systems and Power-Train Control Module (PCM) Connector.

C208 is the 8-Way Connector Assembly made up of 2 Connectors, on the Driver Side of the Cabin (below Dash-Board/ Kick-Panel Area).
It is a Body Systems Connector.

.
.
Components:

.
The C207 Connector Bodies are all long gone (Discontinued) unfortunately.
There were discontinued over 15 years ago... But I do find them in F-Body recycling businesses/ junk yards.

The C207 is a Mixed Connection Systems Design Connector Assembly.
It is a Pack-Con I Series and Metri-Pack 280 Series MIXED Connector Assembly.
The Male 15-Way Side is the Pack-Con I Series Side with Female Terminals.
There is a Female 7-Way Metri-Pack 280 Series Connector and a Female 8-Way Metri-Pack 280 Series Connector for the Mating Side.
Both with Male Male Terminals.

.

One of the C208 Connectors is surprisingly still Active and Available.
Connector #12015416 is the ONLY Connector in this Thread that can still be purchased new today.

The C208 is an 8-Way Connector Assembly.
The C208 is a Metri-Pack 280 Series Connector Assembly (BOTH Connector Halves).

The C207 and C208 Terminals are still available.
The Pack-Con I Series Terminals are becoming less and less commonly available, but about 20% of these Terminals can definitely be purchased.
The Metri-Pack 280 Series Terminals are WIDELY available.
.
.
.
Part Numbers and Data Sheet Information:
.
.
C207 Pack-Con 15-Way Connector #12020213 (Female Terminals):

.

C207 and C208 Metri-Pack 280 Mating 8-Way Connector #12015922 (Male Terminals):

.
.
C207 and C208 also use a 7-Way Metri-Pack 280 Mating Connector #12015921 (Male Terminals) with the 8-Way Connector #12015922 (Image above).
These Two Connectors (#12015921 and #12015922) are both used together to mate with 15-Way Connector #12020213.
Taxi/ Data Sheet coming soon.

.
.

C208 Metri-Pack 280 8-Way Connector #12015922 (Male Terminals) in the above Image...
Uses it's own mating Connector.
The C208 mating Connector is Metri-Pack 280 8-Way Connector #12015416 (Female Terminals):
.

.
.
Here is an Image of the C208 Connector #12015922.
This is the 8-Way Connector half (NOT the 7-Way Connector half) with Male Terminals, (the Body Side half that connects to the 15-Way Dash Side Connector).

.
This half of the C208 Connectors use Male Metri-Pack 280 series UNSEALED Terminals.
Part Numbers for the Terminals are:
-20 AWG to 18 AWG =12034047
-16 AWG to 14 AWG =12020116
-12 AWG to 10 AWG =12084586

Note: when searching for these Part Numbers; you may find the Part Number but with a "-L" found at the end of the number.
This is perfectly fine, there is no difference in the Terminal.
Note: "Delphi" or "Aptiv" should be used with the Part Number when searching...
GM sold off Delphi after the financial crisis of 2008/ 2009 to Aptiv.
.
.

The Image below shows what the Pack-Con I Series Female Terminals look like:

.
.
There are 4 variations of Pack-Con Series Terminals.
Do not confuse "Pack-Con I" Terminals with "Pack-Con II", "Pack-Con III", or "Pack-Con HD" Terminals... they look very similar but will not fit correctly.
.

The Pack-Con Terminals were first created for the implementation of ATO/ ATC Blade type Fuses in GM vehicles, for the Fuse-Panels (Bussed Electrical Center) instead of Cylindrical Glass-Tube Fuses.
Third-Gen F-Bodies use different Pack-Con Series Connectors/ Terminals.
Be careful of which you are using.

Do you need a Delphi #12020213 Connector Body?

I believe I am down to 3, maybe only 2 of these Connector Bodies left.
They are incredibly difficult to find in NOS (New Old Stock) Condition...
Since the Part has been out of production for a very long time.

Let me know...
If you do need One, I will go to my Connector Parts Archive and pull One out for you!

We can discuss a Price via PM, if things come to that.
