1989 IROC Running Lights Stay On When the Key is Out of the ignition
Hey y'all. I'm restoring an '89 IROC-Z and have come across a significant electrical issue and would love if anyone has any information or can direct me to somewhere I can find more information on my issue.
Basically, the running lights that should normally be toggled on at night stay on when the keys are out. I'm not sure if the running lights are supposed to be connected to the headlight switch, but it isn't. I've been taking out the "tail" fuse or #20 to stop the beep and from wasting the battery while it's not in use. The parking brakes and hazards all work independently, and the only other thing connected to the #20 fuse is the front lower headlights (Not the fog lights).
Any advice?
