Fog light battery feed?

Looking for a quick sanity check here before I lop off this connector. I believe it's the battery feed for the fog light harness, which my car was not equipped. Its a 3.0 red wire and rings to the tail and accy fuse. I don't believe it connected to anything but the vehicle is not where I am right now. This is on the IP harness and breaks out with the column stuff.

Thanks for your incredibly insightful and helpful post. You clearly are a top notch forum poster and expert in '80s GM wiring and should congratulate yourself on a job well done. If you're not intelligent enough to provide a relevant response to the topic posed, do yourself a favor... save your keystrokes and kindly **** off.

PS , search my posts , you'll quickly see who helps all kinds of people with 80s GM wiring , except of course the ones who really oughta be helping themselves to a bit of a trim
