Cluster light problem

I have a 1990 GTA which has a burnt-out bulb on the far drivers side if the speedo. So I thought, once I had changed it with a new one it still doesn't light up. Does anyone have an idea why this bulb won't light up.

Re: Cluster light problem

The socket the bulb pushes into is not making good contact with the metal ribbon.
Clean the bulb holder contacts, and maybe stretch them a little and clean the contacts on that metal ribbon.
