Car: 1991 Trans Am GTA
Engine: L98(5.7 L TPI)
Transmission: 700r4(A4)
Axle/Gears: G80 RPO, 3:23s, Auburn Racer's Diff
GTR LED headlights?
I just ordered a set of NOS Cibie 4x6 housings for my 1991 GTA.
What are the chances that these
https://www.gtrlighting.com/product/...600-lumens-gtr
will fit in my headlights and that these
https://www.gtrlighting.com/product/...600-lumens-gtr
will fit in my fog lamps?
The light output is also supposedly more focused than their Gen 1 kit. But, I don't think it is as focused as a traditional halogen bulb. Will I blind oncoming drivers? It is my understanding there are no projector housings that will fit the 1991 and 1992 firebirds, except a set made for 93+ Firebirds that cost over $400. Also, the H4 bulbs draw 40 watts of energy on the low beam setting and 80 watts on the high beam setting. The H3s draw 40 watts. Will I need to upgrade my wiring?
