Wiring Nightmare!!
I have an 86 camaro and I am having lighting problems. First off when I turn on my lights, the brake lights light up like they should, but if I push down the brake pedal no brake lights. And 3rd brake light doesn't light up at all. And when my light switch is on, the headlights don't work. When I turn on my dash light lights half of them light up (all brand new bulbs),and my right turn signal light stays straight burning. And when I turn on my left turn signal, the right on still stays on while the left one flashes. And half of my dash lights blink with the turn signal lights. And finally when I have my lights on outside,my lower front turn signal don't work, but when I turn on my turn signal I works, but when I turn it off,it goes off. Any ideas on any of these problems?

It's possible that poor connections between the new bulbs and the old bulb sockets are causing some cluster backlights to not work. Using a small screwdriver to scrape the bulb-socket terminals and both socket "nipples' (2 points that contact the printed circuit ) will remove corrosion and allow them to work again. You would not believe how many old sockets I've needed to clean in order to get them working again !
It's also possible that the printed circuit itself is causing this. If you trace the circuits on the back of the cluster with your finger you might find that all the "dead" lights are sharing the same (possibly burn/damaged) circuit.
The rest of your electrical is too much for me to get into,..... My first suggestion is VERIFY that all your bulbs are good. Swap them from side to side or buy a couple cheap replacements to BE SURE that all the bulbs are OK. Then CAREFULLY inspect all fuses. Then see what problems persist and focus on 1 circuit (problem) at a time. ( brakes first, then headlights, then park lights, ect... )

Start by checking grounds. I will see if I can find a diagram. Here is the power side diagram.

I couldn't find a ground diagram. The first place I would start is the two grounds on the core support, there is one on approx. each side of the radiator.

Re: Wiring Nightmare!!
I got my headlights to finally work! It turned out to be a bad headlight switch. The prong where the headlights hook up wasn't putting out power. So i ordered a new one. But I still haven't figured out the solid turn signal on or why 4 of the back dash lights don't work.
