TPS adjustment (I'm stuck half way )
I have made my jumpers out of heavy gage copper automotive wire and are in place very well.
Gray wire reads .50 but the the blue wire reeds .85.
I can't adjust the TPS because the bolts loosen but there is no where for the unit to turn. The bolts go through a hole and into a hole. There is no slot for the TPS to turn
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Side Note = Does the car need to be at operating temp. ?
Also Ive read that this style TPS is non adjustable ? What's the answer to that, buy a new TPS ?
Heres the photos. =

I tried it at operating temp. but it still reads .85
So I take it that a new non adjustable TPS is already calibrated to .45 ?
