fan won't turn off, Choke fuse keeps blowing
Last night my fan wouldn't turn off so I just unplugged the two wire connector for it. This morning I tried to figure out what was wrong and I can't even get it to turn on again. It has always ran with the key on all the time too. So I replaced the relay and still nothing. Then I saw that my choke light stayed on while it's running and the choke heater fuse is blown. the last couple days the voltage has stayed around 12, not the usual 13 or 14. Anyone have any ideas? I'm about to say screw it and buy a fan controller kit and try to find all the wires for this choke heater. If it's a charging problem then why would it effect the fan??

Re: fan won't turn off, Choke fuse keeps blowing
here's a little bit of an update. I put a new 20 amp fuse in the choke heater spot on the fuse block, turned the key and it popped. So I put in another, disconnected the wire at the choke thermostat, flipped the key and the fuse was fine. So would the problem be along the choke wire somewhere?
