Car: 1987 IROC-Z
Engine: Vortec 350 crate #12530282
Transmission: 700-r4 Auto
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Cruise control won't work...
my cruise control went out in my 89 iroc. Im not sure if i don't have something hooked up correctly or what. it used to work, but over time i had to push the button multiple times for it to engage and finally it just quit working....any ideas? sorry if that isn't enough info to work off of

The fact you have to press it multiple times is consistent with a bad switch, or a bad connection.
Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe the gray wire at the Cruise Module located behind the right side of the dash IP.
When you switch the Cruise to ON, is there power there?
Then probe the gray wire with a black stripe.
