left turn siganl problem

hey guy, I recently replaced my dash lights with blue leds. When i got everything back together when i use my left turn sigal the whole left side just stays lit. it doesnt blink. also the left turn siganl in the dash stays lit even when im not using the turn sigal.
But it did that ealier in the day too when i wired new connectors to my front turn signals. You see I had to swap the frotn turn signal connectors because i jujst put iroc gfx on my sport coupe. the connector has 3 wires, and i just kept swappign the wires until i got the wiring right. I didnt have a DMM with me at the time so i was just playing a guessing game as to which wires go where.
BUT i did get it to work just fine before i bolted everything up. but then when i did a final test it did wat i described above. I knoticed that when i would move the instrument cluster as i instyalled the leds the lights would go in and out as i moved the cluster, as if there were contacts behind it.

So in conclusion, i was just wondering if anyone may have some good ideas on what i did wrong. Or give me a sence of direction to start diagnosing the problem, Thanks in advance guys!!
