anyone know the wiring for turnsignals and parklights?HELP

Car: 1994 Camaro Z28 B4C T-tops,
Engine: LT1 350 5.7L 116K
Transmission: 4L60E (being rebuilt)
Axle/Gears: 3.23 Posi
anyone know the wiring for turnsignals and parklights?HELP
im having problems with my parklights and turnsignals,
my parklights wont come on, they worked fine but then all of the sudden everytime i turn them on my fuse blows, but now my radio parklights and turn signals wont work.... ive tried replacing the fuse but the second i turn my key into the on potition it pops the fuse, i want to re wire them onto a toggle can i do this? if so can anyone help me?
im going nuts trying to figure this out...
also its a 1984 camaro z28 t top car no A/C no cruise control, auto car,
