what are these cut wires for 90'ish camaro tpi harness
assuming these to be the coil wires. this is a speed density harness so is at least a 90-92
last but not least. A member is interested in buying this harness, is 75.00 a fair deal for this harness even with the couple of snipped wires. over all the harness is in nice shape.
EGR relay ?????
purge solenoid ?????
fan switch ?????
MAP or TPS ????
in this picture bottom center you can see the battery cable and cut alternator charge wire (I assume???) right by them is two other cut wires red & orange I think. these were near the battery fuse holder for fan ????

Okay...... First photo, you are correct. Pink is coil+, white is tach wire. Second photo, yes I would say those were EGR sol. wires. Third photo, purge solenoid seems about right. Fourth photo, definitely fan switch. Fifth photo, black, gray, and blue are TPS. Black, gray and light green would be MAP. Sixth photo, The fuse by the battery is the fuel pump fuse. The red wire is power to the junction block. The orange is power to the cooling fans from the junction block (should have a fuse link at the end).

My diagram for the '90 shows a junction block. I would assume that those wires are for the fuel pump and cooling fans. The cut end of the orange wire should go to the cooling fan relay and the red to the fuel pump fuse. I think both these circuits go through the two wire connector. You can test with an ohmmeter to verify this.

The last ones - fuel pump wires - don't think either has anything to do with cooling fans. red runs in from batt, orange runs out to oil pressure sending unit, fuse between.

camaronewbie may be correct. I cant tell from the photo where the fuel pump fuse is in relation to the two pin connector. The fuse holder should be close to the batt+ cable end. At this Point I suggest you locate a factory diagram for the vehicle the harness came from. Mitchell 1 On Demand and/or AllData is available at most county libraries. Both have reasonably good diagrams. The buyer will need this diagram to install this harness. He/she will also need a good digram for the car they are installing it in. Otherwise these questions of what goes where become a huge issue. And we all hate to see smoke.
