Re: C100 Connector Info
I got the blue comb out but how do I get the pins keeper out?
My directional now work but that pin is off and on so I want to replace it somehow because if I wiggle the wire near the bulkhead it goes out so it has a bad connection. It could be the cab side pin for all I know, maybe they just need a good cleaning.

The bulk head (female fittings) use a precision screw driver or o-ring pick; insert in the end press and the fitting will come loose.
Harness fitting similar.
You will figure it out, they only go in one way. I am going from memory I repaired mine but it has been awhile.

Re: C100 Connector Info
the bulkhead male fitting, where do I insert my tiny screwdriver to release the pin? It is still a little gunky in and around the pin so it's not obvious to me at this point. From the inside or backside of the pin?

Re: C100 Connector Info
To anyone that is looking for the photos that are missing from the beginning of this thread...
I have re-posted about 50% of the photos in a newer thread "C100 Revival " in the hyperlink below:
LINK
The OLD photos start with Post #20.
If there is enough interest/ demand... I will continue to dig-up more of the old photos.
They are stored (but completely un-catagorized in a mess of 10,000 random photos) in a now 15-year old Storage-Server, that I almost never turn on anymore.
