Fuel pump suddenly not working??
Ill try to expain the story as best i can...
Ive had my car up on ramps since around lunch time monday and have been working on unbolting my headers to replace the gaskets since they were leaking. I had the spark plug wires and negative battery terminal unpluged while doing this because thats what the book told me to do.
Today i moved some stuff around trying to give myself some more room to work with. I moved a silver metal pipe connected to the circled thing in the picture.
Yesterday before i put the car on ramps, the fuel pump worked great, but now that i have the headers bolted back up, spark plug wires conected, and negative battery terminal connected, the car wont start. It turns over and wants to starts, but i can no longer hear the priming of the fuel pump, where before it used to be very distinctive. I cant seem to find what i may have done to make the pump stop working and was wondering if anybody else has had this problem.
Sorry about the long post, but thiss problem has me worried that i may have done something bad
-Thanks

Pump Slump
Never had that problem but it sounds like you broke the pump priming circuit.
Check the fusible links, check for broken or pulled wires.

If People Drove Any Slower They’d Be Going Backwards
When you see fog or “running” lights on in good weather beware. WLow performance driver ahead.
How bout those nitwits too scared to drive without headlights in the daytime and the nitwits that need headlights for a little rain
