Need an under-dash source for 40A

I'm putting in the LS1 ecm tomorrow and the harness I bought has it's own fuses for the ecm - two 20A ignition, and one 20A battery. The two 20A ignition are powered by one wire...meaning it's got 40A worth of pull. Where's the best place to wire this in? Are the extension spots on the back of the fuse panel OK for this? I believe I read they were each rated for upt o 35A...but there are like 3 there for ignition and all on the same piece(s) of metal...

Thanks!

The best way would be to run two power wires from the batery and switch the IG+ with a relay. This way there is no question that your ecm is properly porwered
