Ok, heres the problem. Just recently I put my car back together after two years of sitting. When I turn the key to the on position the check engine light comes out and you can here the fuel pump prime. When I turn the key to start it and I here a click and all the power to the inside of the car dies. I checked the fusible link at the starter and its fine. I checked the fuses at the block and my ignition, Brakes, and one other fuse (dont know which one) are blown. So I replace them and repeat process, the fuses blow again when I try to start the car. So its fine when in the on position, but when you u turn the key to crank the motor everything. Does anyone know what wires couldnt possibly be shorted based on this info?
