when going to start the car, (84 berlinetta 305 automatic) the key was turned and then would turn freely. the acc were on even when the key was removed. and wouldn't crank. after removing the steering wheel the gears on the left side were not aligning right and kept jumping off track of each other. even when pulling the lower gear part the rod to the ignition switch is not being pulled. is there a way to by pass and maybe wire the acc to a toggle switch and ignition to push button switch? keep the key to lock steering wheel. just need which wires are to what. also is the acc in the switch with the rod going to it? or is it in the column? confused with the berlinetta
