Am I trying to fix something that isn't broke?
My car failed inspection (like it always does) for a couple lights being out.
One is the rear side light. I pulled the bulb assembly out and there was no bulb in it (go figure). I replaced it, and now both sides light up when the lights are turned on, but NEITHER side blinks for the turn signal.
My question thus becomes: is this light SUPPOSED to blink?
If so, what do I look at next? The fuses check out....
Thanks.
