Both Turn Signals quit working?

Car: 89 Camaro RS
Engine: 350 carbed now
Transmission: World Class T5
Axle/Gears: Peg Leg w/ 3.73's
Both Turn Signals quit working?
All right guys, I was driving home the other day and when flipped my right hand blinker on nothing happened. Then I flipped my left hand blinker to check it and it wasn’t working either. Now I have had instances in the past where the light would be stuck on and that meant that the front light was out, but this is not like that. All my other lights work, but when I turn my blinkers on absolutely nothing happens. Anybody got any ideas? I guess I am going to start by checking the fuses and bulbs but since I wont be able to do anything until next week I am trying to get some other ideas. Thanks for the help.

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: J65/G80/G92-3.23
Could be the turn sgnal flasher/module under the dash.it's either mounted on or next to the fuse box.It's the easiest thing to try first.
