Need help low beams dont work

My low beams do not work when i turn on my lights but when i go to high beams they turn on but not as bright as the high beams but thats normal but they do not work at all when on low beams? I recently got silverstars for the low beams. I did some searches on here and found the headlight relay switch and i cant get it off i cant reach the last bolt on bracket isi there any easier way to this besides being gumby? i dropped the steering wheel already and that helped a little but im still haveing pronlems any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

Oh and any pics would be nice to help show me if anybody has any thanks

Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
The very first thing you should have done was check for voltage at the plug-in connector at the headlight. Then check the ground wires.

I did check the voltage to the light on the tan wires if they are the same on the years but it was a complete circuit which should mean voltage too. i bought a new switch for the headlight and i had it off to the side and is still didnt fix it so its not the switch it self so its something in the wireing is there any inline fuses or something im missing and where are the grounds located at? any more information would be greatly appreciated thanks
