Can someone tell me correct wiring for hatch relase?

I am about to install a trunk relase on my 88 IROC vert. Problem is, I need to identify the neutral safety switch in the console. The tonneau release is suppossed to be wired to it also but I can't recognize. I've heard a horn style relay is needed for this. I want to know if I can hook the power for the trunk relase to the same place the tonneau cover release is wired. If so, which wire is it? Thanks.

If you have a automatic, the park/neutral switch is mounted on the right side of the shifter assembly with two bolts.

Thanks! I'll look for it tomorrow. In any case I just realized this may be a little more complicated than I thought. I now realize I need to get another relay since I'm gonna have two switches. One for the trunk and one for the tonneau. My question now is, does the neutral safety switch act as a relay for the hatch release or is it there to only allow power to the hatch release relay. That is, could I use a regular 4 connection relay with the following connections:
1. Hatch release button
2. Neutral safety switch power out (this would get power to the relay)
3. Ground (as usual for relays)
4. Out to release solenoid
I hope I'm making sense with this.

There is a seperate relay mounted behind the emergency brake handle assembly for the hatch relaease and is connected to the P/N switch to prevent it from accidently popping open if you hit the switch while the car is in gear.
