350 tpi computer in 305 tpi car?
im wondering if there would be any problems putting a computer from a 89 formula 350 (tpi/auto car) into a 88 iroc (305 tpi/auto car). i think the computers dead in the iroc and have the other computer from past projects that never emerged.

No. The chips are completely different. If you put that chip into your car it'll start hard, especially on cold days, and will not run nearly as well as it will with the stock chip.
The number is the same because as I stated above, the computers are the same. When you purchase a computer, it doesn't come with the chip. There are dozens of different chips available, and are application specific, so they carry a separate part number and are purchased separately.

If you need to get rid of that old 350 tpi chip, let me know! I've been having problems and would like to revert back to a stock chip.
