Force Open loop in EBL FLash-II

I'm getting close to some VE learns getting darn close.. I have a small 10.5" Windows 10 tablet I use while in the car doing learns, send to OneDrive, then download the BIN to my laptop or desktop to work on and view datalogs. Well this was at the very bottom of the VE learn screen and i bet i have missed it all along.

BLM not at 128 while in WB learn mode. Force open loop mode.

1. Why isn't BLM at 128?
2. How do I force Open Look? ( while doing VE Learns only I assume)

You have to be in open loop to do WB VE learns. To force open loop Set Closed Loop-CTS threshold to max or Check Flags for open loop Ide (Opidl) and open loop cruise (OpCrs). And don't forget to make sure your WB gauge and WUD are both reporting the same AFR or you could be like someone I know, ( Me maybe?) couldn't understand why the WB VE learns were WRONG!
