Reduced Load Value at WOT
Reviewing some data logs from last nights drag races, and I notice that when I launch the car my load values jump immediately to 255.
Once I approach about 4600 rpm, they begin to gradually drop to about the 220 range up to redline (about 6000 rpm).
If vacuuming is building, I am assuming intake restriction?
406 Superram Combo
165 MAF

Re: Reduced Load Value at WOT
This is the LV8 value? Just want to be sure that we are talking about the same thing. What is occurring is that the MAF reading is maxed out, and as the RPM increases the LV8 value decreases:
LV8 = inverse RPM * airflow * scalar
Make sure that this table has been increased:
MASS AIR FLOW vs RPM, maximum value
RBob.

I am referring to Load Var shown in the screen shot of the datamaster log below.
This combo pegs the MAF at about 3600 rpm or so, and I do have the mass air flow vs rpm scale raised accordingly.
